Nosy Neighbor ("the Service") provides informational reports about US residential properties. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use.
Property reports may include ownership, deed, mortgage, foreclosure, permit, and violation information drawn from public government records (for example NYC ACRIS, NYC DOF property tax, and other NYC Open Data datasets), as well as data from third-party providers. This information is provided for informational purposes only.
You agree not to use the Service to harass, stalk, dox, or otherwise unlawfully target any individual, and not to scrape or bulk-export data beyond your account's normal usage limits. Access is personal to your account and may not be resold or shared. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
Data is aggregated from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or real-estate advice, and it is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act — do not use it to make eligibility decisions about any person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nosy Neighbor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on data presented by the Service.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your profile.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
