Can I cancel anytime?

Where does Nosy Neighbor cover?

New York City — the five boroughs. Every plan covers the same area; an address outside it isn't something we can report on.

Is there a catch on the free plan?

No credit card, no expiring trial clock, and no daily lookup cap — the free plan is supported by ads. Upgrade when you want the records, comps and search on top.

Where does the data come from?

Public government records — NYC Open Data, the Department of Buildings, HPD, 311, ACRIS, PLUTO, FEMA, the EPA, the MTA — plus published listing data. We aggregate and present it; we don't originate any of it.

Is this financial or real-estate advice?

No. Nosy Neighbor is a research and reporting tool. We don't broker property, lend or arrange financing, advise on investments, or refer you to anyone who does — and no part of the subscription is contingent on a transaction. See our Terms of Use.
